Love to you.
It’s hard for me to imagine a dad who was more fun, loving, kind, trustworthy, hardworking, honest, humble….the list goes on. Thanks dad, love ya!
We’ve known each other since kindergarten and have had some great times together. I especially, remember the time when you lived in Colorado and worked at the Dairy. I would like you to know that I have always respected and looked up to you. You have been a leader and a fighter for all the years I have known you. I know you will fight this illness with everything you have. I am thinking of you and pulling for you. All the best my friend!
Love all these pics! I recognize a few faces from the past. Jeff is so handsome in each and every one. Thanks for sharing.
Jeff, your pictures remind me of what is so important in our own lives—our faith and our families. You will be in my prayers every day. Everyone who knew you way back is sending strength your way.
I love all of these pictures 🙂 Wonderful man, and wonderful family. I am thinking of you all and you are in my prayers and thoughts each day. So much love to you ❤
Colleen, These are such great pictures. I am so sorry that you have lost Jeff. Looking through these pictures and reading the posts I am so encouraged by the life you two lived together. Your trust in the Lord and faithfulness to Him are a true blessing. I remember a New Year’s Day when Wells and I came to your apartment for the annual game day and enjoyed games with a side of Scrabble. So much fun. And to read of the extra blessing God gave Jeff and your family at the Reds game. How cool was that?!!!? May God soothe all of your hearts in the coming days as you say good-bye to Jeff. I wish I could be there to hear all of the wonderful stories you all will no doubt recount.
Jeff to me was someone I heard lots of stories about through the years. Starting in 1982. Colleen talked about him and shared wonderful stories about him and her wonderful kids. Sometimes he would pop in to work and visit us. Sometimes I would visit the family through colleen’s pictures. I remember so many of these pictures that you have on your site. He was a fun guest at my wedding. He was a consoling friend at Steve’s funeral and sometimes I would just run into Colleen and Jeff out in public. The one thing that always drew me towards him. Anytime I would see him, he always recognized me and treated me like a long lost friend. You know how it is when you meet someone and you are just comfortable. Like you have known him forever. That was Jeff to me. Even though it has been awhile since I have seen you both. Cheryl fills me in with what is going on in the “Crews” family. You have a special family and I know colleen will provide a creative way to keep Him with you in spirit all the days of your lives. I am so glad you got to spend time together and make some meaningful memories. He will truly be missed and it was my pleasure to meet him. My prayers will be with you all that LORD gives you comfort. Your Friend
